Connection mode
The aeration device consists of an aerator, an air distribution pipe, a three-way pipe, a four-way pipe, an elbow, a regulator, a connector, a cleaning device, etc. The air distribution pipeline is arranged as a normal ring, and the aerator is arranged as per the air supply volume and the pool shape. The aerator and the air distribution pipeline are connected by G3/4 threads. The base is internal thread (fixed on the air distribution pipeline). The aerator is external thread. During installation, the regulator is first fixed to the pool bottom with expansion bolts according to the required size, and then the air distribution pipeline is fixed on the regulator with hoops. In order to prevent other operations such as welding sparks and civil engineering, If the concrete and other heavy objects damage the aerator, the aerator must be installed after the completion of the civil works and before the drainage. In order to prevent the leakage of the pipe and the connecting part, the water shall be drained to a depth of about 10cm above the bottom of the aerator for leakage test. If any leakage is found in the connecting part of the pipe during the ventilation, it shall be timely drained and then formally put into operation.
